Columbia Board of REALTORS® Seeks Executive

Abstract: The Columbia Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), with 500 REALTOR® Members and four full-time staff which includes the CEO, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to manage and lead the Association and their Multiple Listing Service. CBOR is located in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri, Stephens College and Columbia College.

The Columbia Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), with 500 REALTOR® Members and four full-time staff which includes the CEO, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to manage and lead the Association and their Multiple Listing Service. CBOR is located in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri, Stephens College and Columbia College.

The CEO must posses strong leadership, management, organizational, interpersonal, technical, planning, marketing and leadership skills and ability to successfully oversee and administer the Technology Support, Communications to Members & Public Relations, Member Services & Education, Legislative & Legal Advocacy, Professional Standards, Administrative, Short & Strategic Planning functions of the association.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ degree, association management experience, business and technology skills, ability to develop a strategic vision for the future and a track record of working with volunteers.

CBOR is offering an excellent benefits package and starting salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
